AP-Learning Systems (APLS) provides innovative e-learning training resources for future and existing maintenance and project planners, schedulers, project control analysts, turnaround managers, and any other professionals whose job requires understanding or executing maintenance shutdowns, turnarounds, outages (STOs), or capital projects.
Our seasoned practitioners have designed a unique online series of industry best-practice training programs that formalize and set industry qualification standards for those functions whose skills are historically acquired informally on the job (with significant variability). By defining the best practices and industry standard skills to complete these job requirements:
Corporations can use our proficiency-based certificates as a clear benchmark to evaluate candidate and contractor qualifications, reduce the team and contractors’ performance variability, and offer career advancement opportunities to develop and retain existing talent.
Individuals can leverage our training programs to quickly advance their careers by improving their skills and competencies through recognized certifications. Participants gain practical skills and formal credentials, positioning them for growth and recognition in their chosen field.
We offer proficiency-level e-learning certificate programs for the planning and turnaround management functions. Full curriculum completion and a rigorous assessment are required to obtain each level's certificate. This provides participants with the credentials needed to enhance their career opportunities.
Participants can complete one course at a time or take advantage of our bundle discounts for each level. Our training programs are flexible to accommodate each participant’s training needs at their own pace and budget.
